Untrained sales agents hang up

Hi

you guys should really check up on your sales team and train them how to be more professional if you guys want more customers

Just based on the way this lady spoke to me I would never want to be a Vodacom customer. she sounded like someone was dying on the phone, no energy or motivation to work .

I still take time of my job to answer the call to listen to what promotion she has which was data laptop and Wi-Fi modem, and then when I reply I am not interested, she keeps quiet then I said hello, then she cuts the call, if this is the way customer service is, that's just pathetic.
