Unstable Vodacom network in Bergsig, Heidelberg, Gauteng

Vodacom network in Bergsig Heidelberg has been horrible in the last few weeks and if it was not a long term contract I would try other networks because I am now paying for services that are not rendered and I am not the only one experiencing such can someone please attend to our problem before we start insulting you
