Unstable network in North Free State

I live in Ventersburg, North Free State. For the last 2/3 years we (all Vodacom subscribers in the town experience a recurring problem. Every 3/4 months the network becomes unstable, ie, it becomes slow as well as going on and off. Sometimes, as is now the case, we can't make or receive calls. We report it and after a few days it is restored only for the problem to reoccur a few months later. At the moment it is so bad can't even report the fault without being cut off half way.
