Unstable network for over 3days

I have recently entered into a contract with Vodavom on this deal Business Internet Wireless Air and over the weekend there has not been any connectivity NOR communication from Vodacom, I got hold of the agent who assisted in signing up and the poor guy tried to explain to his best ability but at this point I am UNHAPPY with this deal as I had to buy Data to work over the weekend and the reason I joined Vodacom was to avoid unstable network providers.

I am.vwry disappointed I'm Vodacom.
