unstable and unreliable fibre provider

Vodacom! when oh when are you going to fix my fibre line. I am on a 20mb package yet every single day I get either 10 or anything way below 20mb when doing a speed test. I just did another speed test and again receiving 13mb. Please og please for the last time sort out my line. I have been complaining since December 2020 and still the issues I have aren't resolved. No one ever gets back to me and no attempt from vodacom at all to resolve my issues
