unspeakable service from Vodacom
Oh no my world i am so upset with Vodacom they go and disconnect my vibre and cell phone with out a notice or warning.They know we working from home since April ??? Reason for the disconnection that i did not pay my account in full in October 2019???? i arrange a debit order as instructed by them in October 2019 and the debit went off since 1 November 2019. and all were happy ,till 29 June That was Monday when they disconnect my services ...don't have no respect for Vodacom if that the way they treating their clients...I have been trying to speak to a consultant at accounts but all in-vain. can some one at Vodacom collection dept please call me if you are in a business where clients are important.

10 Aug 2020, 02:32Good day can some 1 please call me again .it happened again..our vibre was off since the early hours off Sat 07/08/ 2020 from 2 am and only returned at 10 o clock the next morning..I stand for correction on my mornin time here it could be later ..dont have my notes at hand ....but you need to stop this asap ..my daughter will be out of a job soon if this continue...she could also not work for 3 days in the first week of July 2020 due to vibre not workin ..while I was fighting vodacom to switch it back onn they left if disconnec,guest what the hole of Kelvin residenc were of for a full day(I can give you correct facts when you call me in da morning)..according to them ..up till today if I call them the first thing your consultants says that I'm in arrears.thats after i was forced to pay nearly R4000 for reconnection.. to crown it all I still did not get a proper invoice to state were all that money went too...so please let your people call me to explain and get your story right to be the proper ISP to use fir 2020,come onn know we are having problems with vibre not just a day!!! For days !!!!catch you wake up!!!! Big ups vodaco vibre service been on since 10 on Sat 8/8/2020 as she needs to working peacefully...hopefully till 7 this morning so thank u for ????????????
