Unsolved Query

I recently lodged a complained with Vodacom and received a call few days later I received a message that the case is closed but it was not solved. I tried to call Vodacom again but was send from pillar to post. Vodacom is just playing games with me. I requested that either my problem be solved or I get refund for all my premiums. I am just fed up with this company, how can they close the case that is not solved? When I call it seems like no one can assist me. Vodacom please solve my problem or refund me.
