Unsolved Queries being Closed !

<p>to whom this may concern...</p> <p> </p> <p>I Pre-ordered 2 new iPhones 7's and when you do this you get free 10Gb per phone, as stated on their ad. https://myvodacom.secure.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/shopping/devices/apple-iphone-7-pre-order</p> <p> </p> <p>so I received my 2 phones, and a month after I only received the 10 Gb on one phone but not on the other,</p> <p>so I call Vodacom and asked them to have a look, and they said they can see it has not been allocated, even though it shows on the invoice, but I never received any of this on my one phone!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is my 6th call regarding this 10 Gb and every time I receive an SMS saying that my query has been resolved, I check my phone bundle for the data and there is nothing added...</p> <p> </p> <p>so then I pick up the phone and call again...</p> <p>I should have been an African grey as all i am doing is repeating myself over and over again</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
