Unsolicited spam SMSes
<p>I keep getting the SMSes about their bull**** offers, or services, and I have to pay to text stop to 31118, which I have done, on multiple occasions, but I still get these texts, and they just dont stop. </p> <p> </p> <p>Isn't this kind of harassment against the law? </p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom, **** off with your spam. It doesnt get you any more customers, it makes people hate you, and loses you business. The only thing it does is get more people to text "stop" to your premium line and pay more in fees. ****ing ****.</p>

No. This is not acceptable, at all.
I wanted to add pictures but cant. Basically, I got a text from Customer Care at 8am saying it was dealt with, I wouldnt receive more spam and I'd get 1 gig free data as an apology, thought alright, great.
Roll around 12:25 and I get a text asking me about funeral cover for my family? Text 31118 to to opt out... Seriously??? This is beyond incompetant.
