Unsolicited SMS messages from Vodacom

I am receiving unsolicited SMS messages from Vodacom on a daily basis with the following reminder "Remember, you get more data for your money when you buy bundles! Dial *111#, select option 2 to buy a data bundle from as little as 10c per MB. Opt out? SMS stop to 31118"

I have send many SMS'es with the word "stop" to 31118 and even called their customer care line but to no avail, the SMS messages keep on coming.
