Unsolicited charges Mylowdown

The service content deductions by Vodacom is ******** to say the least. I have been billed for the past 3 months in the region of R399 for something called Service Content. I never accepted something called Mylowlow Silver and have no idea what this is for. I think this is ******** what or who the hell is this Mydownlow Silver and I lodge an official compliant with the regulatory body if one exists.
