UNSOLICITED BULK MAIL RESPONSES TO E-MAILS

I've complained repeatedly over past four months about receiving UBMs to my e-mails but Vodacom can't fix the problem. Many other contributors to Hello Peter have highlighted same problem. A common response is for Vodacom to state that an all capital heading cannot be used. Absolute nonsense!!! Even when I do comply with this supposed infringement, my e-mails still get blocked (more UBMs). What is particularly frustrating is the fact that of late, Vodacom are now ignoring my complaints. How can a telecommunications company use such problematic spam filtering continuously, knowing that there is a problem with it?<br> My e-mails are NOT spam. I can send same e-mail via MTN and Cell-C without a problem. Even a simple one line e-mail to my bank, Investec Private Bank with the latter's attachment, got a UBM. This really is a disgrace!!!
