************ way of doing business and Unacceptable barring of line

My father passed away on 9 June 2017, Vodacom was informed and on 26 June my mom was told to provide a death certificate and copies of ID's. Vodacom was told that it would be done on Friday, 30 June as my mom is dependant on the help and transport of other people now,

This afternoon both lines were closed, without any warning and that is after the discussion with your consultants. That is her only means of communication and what Vodacom has now done is a slap in the face of a very old and fulnerable lady who's husband died just over 2 weeks ago. The account was not even overdue. If this is how Vodacom treats their customers of many years, the public should know about it. My mission would now be to inform as many people possible via all possible means and social media of your ************ way of doing business. The numbers applicable
