************ Sales by Consultants

Sales Consultants sell products that don’t exist then inform that they don’t have the product once billed and when one complains. Then after billing whatever amount they have the audacity to offer a new product since the contract has began. I been waiting for my refund since February 2022, instead they keep calling to sell me a new product. I don’t want a new product. I want my money back. I keep getting references but nothing is sorted.
