Unsavoury Customerservice reaction!
I got a call from a Vodacom agent at 14:59, Friday, 04/03/2022 whom accused me of being RUDE/SHOUTED at her! I need Vodacom to listen to the recording and give me feedback as to when l was and the contradiction of that conversation we had! To top it off drop the phone whilst requesting name and reference number..
