Good day <br> <br> <br> In january I book in a !BlackBerry z10 with job no *** i was given back my phone unrepaired ,as i expected to pay R1500 . Rejected the quote cause given a reason that the phone was water damaged whereas the phone just went off .when i told them that that is not the case i was told that its steam/shower vapour.i feel this is unfair for consumers as they have now cancelle my warrant of up until now my fone is not working but im still on contract for another 12 months .i would want vodacom to proof to me that the fone was water damaged .I have been contracted to them from 1996 need my phone to be repaired under warranty.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Thanks <br> Princess .Mkhwa****
