Unsatisfied Zaplium and Games entertainment services money deduction
I checked me account on the 11th of June to see that i had money deducted from my account for entertainment services. I then proceeded to sms Stop All to 31050 where by i received a confirmation that all is cleared.
I just received my monthly account that i have 3 different subscription toward entertainment services for gaming. This is really pathetic as i am not a gamer.
Zaplium and games.
This ran a bill of over R400 for last month and R182 for this month so far. I had to call in to cancel this service. Please I would like my money back. This service is not satisfying
