Unsatisfied with Vodacom

I have got insurance with vodacom. My phone got ****** in 27 December '18 I followed the steps that needed to be taken to go to the police on the 28th /12/18 and the same day I took in my affidavit to vodacom in Somerset West where I was assisted kindly. I went back to collect my new phone in February because that was when I had the huge excess fee of R2075 that I needed to be pay.

Sadly I have been told by one of the employees that I needed to get my affidavit again"which they kept at the store" they never made a copy and gave me back my affidavit. So that they could sent it to there new insurance company that they can put through the claim . I have to tried to contact the old insurance company since 12 February with no luck in order to get the email that vodacom sended them with the required documents for my phone that Cell sure said it's ready for pickup at the store just to arrive there and being told there's nothing they can do about this situation and telling me Iam gonna be getting a better phone other that's cost price is at the value of R14000 then the Samsung Galaxy S7edge that I paid for on contract R1400 for 24months.

I am tired of trying getting through on the lines of this service provider taking me more then a month to reach someone on the phone towards the insurance?

Vodacom is a good service to be on.... Vodacom customer service from the branch in Somerset West has the worst service ever not being busy and not making effort helping a client till satisfaction. I was poorly helped and judged by the employee by his words you going to get a more expensive phone but really i paid this R1400×24months= R33 600 with and excess fee of R2075 for the previous phone. Please help hellopeter
