Unsatisfied with services from Vodacom and ***** contracts in my name

I’m so upset and ready to burst because of the nonsensical service that I’ve been receiving from Vodacom. In 2018 I found out that I was being billed for a contract that I knew nothing of. I complained about it and Vodacom assured me that they had sorted it out. A while later, o decide to get a contract with Vodacom for a new phone, an iPhone X, only to find that I’ve been black listed...BECAUSE OF THE ********** CONTRACT THAT WAS MADE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. After a while they “SAID” they sorted it out and I’ll be able to get my iPhone X on contract. Finally, I received the phone but two months down the line my number was blocked, because they said I was blacklisted. They stopped denoting money out of the blue and then pinned it in me... only to realize that the ********** issue had arose again. Moving forward to 2020... I’m here trying to get an upgrade for an iPhone 11, but I can’t because apparently... my credit score is low. WHY WOULD MY CREDIT SCORE BE LOW IF I HAVE NO DEBTS( in my entire life)... this simply means that the ********** issue from the past want sorted out. I was just blinded by being given the contract on the iPhone X. Today I’ve been on the phone with Vodacom all day, with no one to give me an explanation. I also learnt that I’ve two more contracts that I’m unaware of... 1 is for airtime and the other for data. I’ve never used the airtime not the data, but I’m being devoted every month. I want my to undersTans why Vodacom is treating me like trash and *****ing my money from the bank. They have even succeeded in giving me a bad credit record. Someone needs to start doing their job and start sorting this nonsense out. I want all the money that they’ve debited without my consent back.
