Unsatisfied with repairs service by Vodacom

Job number: ***5. On the 28th of September 2015 I booked in my Lumia 1020 to be repaired at the Menlyn repairs section. On the 5th of October 2015 I received a sms which stated my phone is ready to be collected. Within half an hour I went to Menlyn to receive my phone where upon everything went well. When I got home that evening I realised they GAVE ME THE WRONG PHONE, my old phone was replaced by a Nokia 535 and not a Nokia 930 as stated on the repair form. The IMEI numbers did not match according to the report I was given. The following day, the 6th of October at 09:00 I went back with the cellphone where the lady assured me I would receive my phone on Friday (the correct phone) at the latest. I told her that I needed the phone URGENTLY and asked whether I can't personally go to Johannesburg to collect the phone. She told me no, and assured me the phone will be at Menlyn at the latest on Friday. I accepted. On Friday, the 9th of October at 18:00 I visited Menlyn, to be told that the person who sorts the deliveries went home early and I have to come back the following day (the 10th of October). On the 10th the store told me there was no deliveries the previous day.
