Unsatisfied Upgrade

<p>Between the 10-11th of June 2017 one of my lines were upgraded to the A5 2017 edition, the handset was supposed to come with a "free" bluetooth speaker. After i had taken the handset the consultant at the Mall @ Redds branch told me that i must go onto the app and claim the speaker from there. When i attempted to claim the speaker the promotion was nowhere to be found, only then to find out that the promtion had expired the next day, i went to the store yesterday 18th June 2017 and another consultant told me that the offer was only until stocks last. My question to him was, why run a promotion with no intention of having enough stock, his answer was don't know and that he did not have time to explain.</p> <p> </p> <p>With this type of service and attitude i will be for sure running down my 3 contracts and taking my business elsewhere. My past experience was exceptional but over the last 3 years it has dropped drastically.</p>
