Unsatisfied customer

Vodacom's warranty is useless and unhelpful and the repair centre is worse. Phone screen is half white, did not get any assistance and the phone is 7 days old my R500 is gone down the drain, I'm going to sit with a Vodafone Smart Kicka phone which I wont use because I'm told that I cannot get help as fixing it will cost me more than the phone's cost price.....I'm really not happy because I thought maybe I would get a solution or something from the repair centre....Vodacom service sucks. I'm so unhappy.... Why put the warranty in place when its not accommodating customers...Hayi..... Vodacom is boring....Disappointed and Angry!!!
