Unsatisfied Customer

H

i

Monday the 9th Jan 2017, i went to Greenacres Vodacom store to upgrade.

I wanted the Samsung J7 Prime and the FitBit Charge 2 watch, after a long wait the consultant informed me that i couldn’t take these two products together, if i want the watch it will be a cash deal.

He suggested that i take the Hauwei P9 Lite as per their booklet with the watch.

I get home that evening to link the watch and the phone only to realise that the watch and the phone are not compatible as per the vodacom booklet!

Go back the store the next day for a second time to explain all of this to the manager, he said he will look into it and get back to me.

Today Friday 13th Jan 2017 i get a call from the manager advising me that i can come in and upgrade again, but i wont be able to take the watch with the phone that i wanted originally.

Now for a third time i have to go back get the phone i wanted but not the watch, the watch will be sent back to the supplier, the store will get a credit and the watch will just lay there to be used for spare parts.

What i dont understand is, to keep n long standing customer happy, why cant they just sell me the watch the way i wanted??

It would be a win win!
