Unsatisfied Customer

in 2016 i had a contract with Vodacom, last year 2018 in Jan it was cancelled. But on my credit score it appeared that Vodacom is still outstanding, I called then they told me yes it was cancelled, but i owe R6.89, at first i asked if can they issue something on paper that states that my account was cancelled on that date, or can they include that on the settlement letter, all i have been getting is will put through put through put you through......i hate that cellphone companies are able to give you debt just like that but when you want out... its suddenly a loooooooooooong process to get out, they told me that it will take 5-10min to reflect on their system once the R6.89 is paid. But as for the settlement letter i can only get it 48 working hours....i am so annoyed because if i was asking for a new phone it was going to be quick quick but to just email me a letter it takes ages... something is wrong with the system
