Unsatisfied customer

So I recently upgraded in June, during the upgrade I was told my two phones come with ear pods. Then as we were ending the upgrade they told me no they don't come with ear pods, but they will give me one set of ear pods and a blanket. I left the store with the blanket and till today I have not received the ear pods. I have followed up twice and no one is telling me anything about the supposed ear pods. Is this how Vodacom operates??? Such a disappointment!!!
