I upgraded through the call center and i was promised that i will receive an extra 10GB of data for the first month (1 Month Only). It never happened. I also did esquire and I were again promised that it will be loaded after 48 working hours. This again never happened. I have been with Vodacom +- 18 years now and this is how they say thank you for your support. (not giving you something they have promised to give) (Breach of Contract).
