Unsatisfied by vodacom's response

Vodacom is such a disgrace,i asked for a statement today since they never gave me 1, they said that i must check my statement via an app and i said are they not supposed to send me a statement they said they e-mailed me i said i never received any email its their responsibility to send me 1 and i always receive all my emails and i did not receive theirs,they are treating me like full,the person i spoke to said its not their responsibility to call me because on the contract there is my id no not theirs am too disappointed in them they dnt even want to give me the statement /invoice of the money they say i owe them, but i used the simcard for 2 months they want me to pay such a huge amount without proof this is not a way to treat people they are treating me like an idiot, they think am clueless .
