Unsatisfied

I wrote a review about Vodacom the Guys called and told me to pay then they will then attend to my query, i still have a lot of questions and the guy was unable to answer all he was on about is for me to pay the outstanding balance i didn't have a problem but the questions i have remain unanswered, i why should i be punished alone while Vodacom also played a part in this If they assisted me i would be in this predicament. what will happen to the data from when i took the Contract will i be getting it back of what
