Unsatisfactory Results

Good Day, I went into the Vodacom 4U store in Highveld mall on Sunday 15.11.2015 to apply for a Cellphone Contract and I spoke to a Megan Stoltz and told her I want to apply becoz I want the Note 5 which they have stock in, so she gave me the documents to fill in on the required paper, while she went and made copies of all the things required to open an account which I handed to her, she then entered my things into the system and the pending approval was for a PO600, she then stated that this is a good sign and that I can get any phone desired, when the results came back they came back as a PO600 spending, so she phoned the head office and they asked for all my details which she then sent off to them for them to approve it. While I waited for feedback I went and done other shopping and when I came back and saw her again she said to me that they want Aug Bank Statements which was included in the documents already handed to her, so I emailed her the beginning of Aug statements and she sent them off again then they approved me for a PO400, Which is unfair as I was told I was approved on a PO600,she then phoned them again, and they now only want to approve me on a PO420. VERY UNHAPPY
