unsatisfactory product and service from vodacom

Vodacom is the worst company to deal with to resolve issues.

Since last year a brand new phone is not working. They "fix" it everytime but it never functions properly. In June it was returned to the store due to A BAD ACCIDENT and only the screen was fixed. So it went back in July for another "fix" and what do u know on Sat 22 July it was returned to the store. Today the technician is working on it and they will order parts. last year they ordered parts. The phone still cannot pick up calls. This is a brand new IPHONE. I thought apple was so good. To make matters worse it is insured by vodacom. Never again with vodacom
