Unsatisfactory experience, still unresolved

(Middle May): A new fibre service was installed at our home. A few days later I receive a notice from Vodacom that our data limit was reached for the month. Upon investigation I came to the conclusion that only 100GB was allocated to us, instead of the 300GB that we signed up for. This "admin error" was reported through the Vodacom fibre helpline as well as the consultant who signed us up. He did his own enquiries and tried to rectify the error through official channels. However....

(Middle June)... yet a notice again stating our data limit for June was reached. Upon investigation we were still on a 100GB package. I reported this to the Fibre helpline on 16 June. Since then I have logged many queries. Vodacom phoned me on several occation asking if I am happy with the fibre installation. Everytime ( as many as 3 times per day) I explained our problem. Everytime I was promised that this will be rectified before the end of the day. Even the Regional Administration Head FTTH Johannesburg Head Office (Annah Mamyelo) wrote an email (22Jun) to inform us the situation was addressed and the problem solved.

But still.... by the end of June we still had no data and the problem was not solved. Diring this period we had to purchase 4x10GB as well as 3x1GB data for our family from Vodacom at rediculous prices just to be able to do our work.

Today is 1 July.... in anticipation we woke up this morning. No DATA! Not even the mere 100GB. It seems our service was either cancelled or some other administrative problem exists.

We had such good presale service. But it seems that Vadacom Fibre administration is not able to even do the simplest task correctly. And the error occured on their side...everyone agree on this. But no one seems to be able to help us. Not even the Head of the Department.

It costed us more than R2000 in additional data just because we did not receive the data that we stipulated in our contract. At this stage I do not know where else to ask for help.
