Unsatisfactory Customer Service
Vodacom has the worse customer service I’ve ever received. I bought a whatsapp ticket that doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to contact them for a week with no luck, each time they send me to Tobi, an automated machine that hasn’t been able to help me. It can’t see why my data is unusable.. I will be porting to MTN and I won’t renew my router that I have with them..
