UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I accept my error, in allowing my Domestic Worker to take over my contract. Her banking details were inserted and she successfully made payments for around 30 months. She got into arrears, and the account was handed over to the Attorneys, and ONLY THEN was I informed. I believe this is MOST unacceptable, as this has now reflected against me, ALTHOUGH Im the 1 who has facilitated the collection and arrangements. What do Vodacom achieve by not advising me right at the start when the account was unpaid...

The reply via email, that I received from Vodacom, did not refer at all to the reason Vodacom could not text me on the cellphone number they furnished the Debt Collectors with. I am still awaiting a response to this.
