Unsafe Vodacom Network

19/02/25,,, I received sms from SASSA at around 07:57 with and OTP, surprised me, Then around 10:09 A SIM Swap request has been received. If you suspect ***** or didn't request it, contact Vodacom Customer Care at 082135. SIM Swap completes within 5 hours. IMMEDIATELY I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE (Female Agent answered) Explained my situation then she told me there is not much she can do on her site since the Sim swap was done at vodacom outlet, that I must go to vodacom shop,,,, I still had a chance to reverse this, went to Vodacom Next to Pick n pay at Mokopane mall"Welcome to VODACOM SHOP MOKOPANE - 46851 Welcome to VODACOM SHOP MOKOPANE - 46851.

Great, you have joined the queue! Your ticket number is C111 and the average wait time is currently 0:00:53. Further together Please note that this is an automated SMS, do not reply to this message." Eventually and Agent call my number then she tell me that the request to do Sim swap was successfully completed at 12:10, I should have told them just as I walked in, How could I have not said or told the agent that welcomed me or received my story. NOW THAT ITS A SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED I HAD TO PAY R20, to claim my number back. After Using my petrol traveling 35km to the 35km back (70km) that I had nothing to do with since I personally did not request any of this. LATER 17:43 Your Vodacom SIM Swap has been completed successfully. Back in my control. NOW today Capitec what app promt me if it's me trying to activate Capitec App, Which I responded no, Then clicked on *****.
