Unrightfully deducting R781.82 for 200MB data , this is ridiculous !!

Refer to email sent to Vodacom - I'm not happy to pay for something as ridiculous as this buying 200MB data for R781.82 while no being aware of subscribing to it or buying it . The consultant informing me that they don't have a complaints line /email address and that there is no way that I will get my money back. I never made provision or put this in my budget ever!! and insist that they refund me for unrightfully deducting my money!!

On phoning in Neho advised me that of the auto data that was activated 25 June 2021 and cancelled 2nd August whereby pro rata amount of 75.66 was deducted on July bill.” Note I never check my bill not unless I get a ridiculous charge amount like this one !!!”

I never opted in to this not even aware how it got activated or when it was cancelled if Neho didn’t gave me the details. Now I’m being charged R781.82 for 200MB .

I’m not that ridiculous !! while if I’m in need I purchase a R69 1Gig 7day bundle.

I insist that I be refunded I don’t care who will take the responsibility to fix this nonsense as my next step is Hello Peter , if I can even take it further than this I WILL .
