Unrestricted APN howto

Good day<br> A few weeks ago we purchased a Vodacom Sim card for the sole purpose of accessing our CCTV Cameras.<br> I was informed via other people that we had to apply for an unrestricted APN (Via a form on the internet which you fax back to Vodacom) which we did but still do not have unrestricted. Didn't even receive an email stating they had received the fax<br> <br> So after many many calls to 082155 I was informed to take it to the Vodacom shop so they could get it working. <br> <br> I did take it to the Vodacom shop which took 2.5 hrs and they still could not get it to work. technicians didn't know what to do and kept helping other customers while I waited<br> <br> Come on Vodacom, please help. it is urgent<br> <br> Please help sort this out.
