Unrestricted APN

I app**** for an unrestricted APN on the 24th of April. I have followed this up with 7 different agents. One called Sello had no idea what that was, Adeline said it was being processed, Kelly told me the request was never lodged,Arno told me Vodacom will phone me now, Cheslin and some girl put me back to Vodacom directory enquiries and left me there. Vodacom service has now surpassed Telkom and Escom in uselessness.
