Unresponsive Vodacom in breach of CPA

Despite my negative reviews and being told that Vodacom will be contacting me, am still waiting for help. They contacted once to be told that they couldn’t help and that I needed to raise and official complaint with ********** ... which of course doesn’t exist.

It is frustrating as to date, which now is almost 1 week since my first issue was reported, nothing has been done. No one seems to be prepared to answe a simple question: when does a client waive his rights when purchasing from a Vodacom store versus and online vodacom website? I certainly never signed any paper to that effect. Also isn’t the retailer suppose to publish their terms and condition of sale somewhere ... like « if you buy from us you cannot return an item? ». Then again that would be bad for business.

I am so unhappy with Vodacom that I now need to think how and whether I can cancel my contract with these people — after 15 years and probably R150-200k spent as a client over the period.
