Unresolved Salary Payment Issues - Vodacom

I am writing to share my experience with my previous employer Vodacom regarding an unresolved salary payment. My last day at the company was July 26, 2024, and I was supposed to receive my salary on August 31, 2024. Unfortunately, this payment has not been made as agreed.

What adds to my frustration is the complete lack of communication from the company's side. I have sent multiple emails seeking clarification and assistance, but none of them have been responded to. This situation is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
