Unresolved query

Good morning

My name is Lesley l tried for numerous occasions to cancel a caller tune that l never subscribed for. Its very unproffesional as l run a business and my clients always complain about the caller tune.

Vodacom always give me different numbers to call or sms but the caller tune is still there. Can this be resolved as l have been a loyal Vodacom client for a long and l dont want to port to another service provider because of issues like this. Mu number is ***
