Unresolved query

Got feedback on my prevouis review but stil not settled as it should, only goimg to credit R114!!!!! I cancelled my insurance in FEBRUARY 2020, and they kept on debiting my accout for the insurance witch i cancelled in FEBRUARY 2020,i was advised that the calls from my cell phone made to the insurance to cancelled it not once but a few times will be retreved and i will be refunded the months they have taken the insurance since i cancelled, nothimg happened, only now some one is doing something only going to refumde R114 what anout the finds taken sonce February 2020?????
