Unresolved matter.

It is with great sadness that i have to revert to this to get attention from Vodacom accounts. On the 23rd of January 2020, i cancelled my month to month fibre subscription with vodacom, vodacom representative called me to confirm the cancellation of the contract and mentioned that there would be a fee taken but not much to cover the router, i then let Vodacom debit R699 from my account at the end of June.

In February till May, Vodacome still debits an amount, on the 7th of May, i called to ask if there was an error, a lady confirmed that there was an error on their end and they had sent the cancellation letter to the wrong email. We concluded that they would sort it out alongside with the lady who handled my account (Sophie), the lady (who was very helpful) called back to tell me that she has indeed spoken to Sophie and the matter would be resolved. I mentioned to her that i still hadnt recieved a single email from them.

As we speak, on the 30th of May, Vodacom deducted R2800 from my account and i have called 3 different representatives to confirm my email address of which the 3rd representative showed that they had still had written my email address incorrectly and would tell Sophie to contact me. Sophie hasnt contacted me and now everytime i try calling vodacom accounts, my call is rejected.

I just want my money back as this lockdwon has impacted me financially and need this money ASAP
