Unresolved issues
Hi Vodacom.
I'd like express my concern that even after numerous complaints with regards to you guys not notifying me about my data depleting and going straight into my airtime, this matter has still not been resolved.
Yes, I do check my balance by using your *111*502# option, yet I have to top up regardless of the fact that I have a 20g router! This is ridiculous, do you guys think that it is fair for me to constantly top up when in fact I should be blady notified by use that my data is depleting!
Stop robbing your loyal customers! Or wait, how about use cancel my contracts!
Ps: Your highly annoyed customer of over 10 years!
