Unresolved issue

<p>Been to Vodacom lakeside repairs in Benoni 4times already with no solution to my phone problem. Bought my Sony m4 aquer in 2015 from Vodacom lakeside mall, phone speaker died later in the year 2016 and I couldn't book it in for repairs due to a medical condition I had. Only in the year 2017 iv managed to take in for repairs, no physical damage found as per feedback I've received. The phone was fixed and the speaker went back to normal though not 100% , the phone then died on me 3times and as it is now its still booked for repairs. I'm paying a monthly installment for a contract I'm of using, when I ask for a new phone I'm being told its impossible as it is still under warranty. I Am very cross with this matter and when I asked the guys there to claim from my insurance I'm being told I'll pay for access when its not even my fault</p>
