Unresolved ***** case

On the 26th May 2017 I realised my newly upgraded contract was not working, I contactated solution department the same day they said that it would be re activated, I then went on to lay a complaint at cancellation department and they advised that I have been *****ed. The ********** tried to do a number port which was declined, following that they cancelled my contact and did a sum swop. They also advised that it would all be sorted out in 72 hrs. On the Monday 29th May 2017, nothing happened so I contacted the cancellation department to be told that it's at Forensics and it wil take 7-14 working days. I was not impressed. On the same day I later a complaint on Vodacom official Facebook page and the I had an Arlene Vodacom message me via Facebook Messenger demanding for some payment which I refused and proceeded they follow day to El Ridge Vodacom chatz store and explained to Albert what has happened and he indicated I was *****ed and I need to wait for investigation to take place, whilst being in store a gentleman name by Etienne Strydom which his from Vodacom head office decided to help me with my problem. I emailed him all activity the same day and he said his take to the escalation department. Furthermore Etienne advised to put stop order of vodacom and do a manual payment of my subscription in store, on the 2nd June 2017 Vodacom debited my account of R12000 +- WHICH PUT MY CREDIT STATUS in a bad light having my bank account to be forced to a negative.

With that I had other problems with my bank and penalties of debit orders being returned.

I then went into the El Ridge store to speak with Etienne and advised him of the happenings.

I continued with follow up emails up to yesterday the 12 June 2017 to know what is the resolution and the way forward. Which I am still waiting as the last feedback received was on 8 June 2017 stating it's been escalated to other departments.

I am a very unsatisfied customer which I want this issue to be resolved ASAP. And currently only contact I have is via email.
