Unresolved Data contract

After complaining last week about how my data contract was shortchanged, it seems it is getting worse. Having had this contract for over four years, never in that time did I have to pay more than the contracted amount. It started at R199.00 pm and is now at R249.00 pm. No additional/lesser monies to be debited. On the 2/6/2023 at the beginning of the month (nogal), it was about R 265.00. Today, 5/6/2023 it reads R267.00 so far and R284.74 amount owed. How can one believe that no benefits have either been removed or added. In the previous review I pointed out that the current data is 20GB lesser, than the one that expired on 31 May 2023.
