Unresolved Complaint

I moved into a new apartment block in mouille point a couple of months ago. Shortly after moving in it came to my attention that signal in my apartment was non-existent. I would have to leave my apartment to make and receive phone calls.

I logged a complaint with Vodacom. I phoned to follow up and was told that my query was being attended to. On the 15th of June, 2018, (around two months following my initial complaint) I received an sms from Vodacom stating that my complaint had been closed and that they were working on a solution but could not provide me with a timeframe as the solution involved a third party. They directed me to my nearest Vodacom shop and told me to purchase a "Netgear Cel-fi booster". I visited three Vodacom shops (one in Tygervalley mall and two in Canal Walk) and was turned away from each of these shops. Shop attendants informed me that a "Netgear Cel-fi booster" was not kept by their store. One store said they would send an e-mail to customer service agent that had attended to my complaint to inform them of this. This notwithstanding, I am still without cell service in my home and do not know how to re-open my complaint to this end.
