Unresolved Billing Issues and Credit Score Impact

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding an ongoing issue with my Vodacom contract.

I signed up for a month-to-month contract through a third-party company named Ubuntu Communication Fibre approximately over two years ago. Upon attempting to cancel the contract through the third party, I was informed that Vodacom regulations prohibited them from canceling contracts directly, and I was directed to Vodacom's call centers. Subsequently, I promptly contacted Vodacom to cancel my subscription.

To my dismay, three months later, I discovered that my credit score had been negatively affected due to missed payments, despite having canceled my subscription and ceased using Vodacom's services. This raises significant concerns, as I am puzzled about how missed payments could occur post-cancellation.

In my efforts to rectify this situation, I have made numerous calls to various departments, but regrettably, each representative claims an inability to assist, suggesting that my only recourse is to negotiate an agreement with the accounts department to pay for services not rendered. This is not only frustrating but also appears to be an unjustifiable measure to protect my credit score.

Reluctantly, to prevent further damage to my credit score, I agreed to settle the amount requested by Vodacom over a three-month period. Shockingly, during the repayment process, Vodacom continued to submit that I was missing payments to credit bureaus, compounding the impact on my credit history.

To exacerbate matters, I have completed the agreed-upon payments, only to receive further communication indicating that I owe additional funds. This situation is both perplexing and distressing, and I seek urgent resolution to prevent any further deterioration of my credit standing.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter to anyone that can assist, I am open to discussing a swift and fair resolution to ensure the prompt closure of this issue.
