Unresolved account for more than a year

********** account was opened under my name I have written affidavit stating that it was not me who opened the account I have sent all the relevant documents and they have managed to stop the airtime from taken and they have left the account not solved because every month they are taking 149 for the device which I don’t have all the money I owe Vodacom is 2000+ when they go to my Acc it bounce because there’s no money and the bank charges me for that I wish they can hear my problem and help clear my name
