I had purchased a unit with Vodacom Tablet on contract of 24months and paid it off and was offered a anothercontract for R55 airtime before I could get that contract , I was offered another contract of R99.00 WiFi router . The problem is I never receive any of the contracts.After two months I get an sms from a company called MBD and Company and that is the lawyers. Vocacom handed me over for something I did not receive. When I went find out from Vodacom they told me that I don't owe them anything. My problem is that MBD has blacklisted my name and Vodacom does not want to send a letter to the lawyers to say I don't owe anything. Please help me to clear my name.

I am very disappointed with Vodacom because I have been their loyal customer for years to do this, I will not recommend any of my friends . People be aware of Vodacom consultants.
